Reviews Summary

Lee's Bakery is a beloved Atlanta institution celebrated for its exceptional Banh Mi sandwiches and authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Diners rave about the flavorful pho and satisfying combo meals, often praising the generous portions and friendly service. While the atmosphere is casual and sometimes described as basic, the delicious food and great value make it a consistent favorite.

"First time at Lee's! I've heard great things about their banh mis. They definitely delivered. Although I came an hour before closing time, they thankfully sat us. I got the combo so 1/2 grilled pork banh mi and beef pho. Both tasted delicious and amazing, great combo. Super filling, and the soup had a strong flavor. I'm gonna come back and try other banh mi and noodle bowls.

Parking is very convenient, free, and easy in their plaza. There's a lot of seating for small and big groups."

"First time here and we loved everything we ordered. Honey Dew smoothie highly recommended if you like sweet/tart flavors. The vermicelli bowl was prob the best one I’ve ever had. Pho and Banh Mi were very flavorful. We will be back!"

Chadia S

"It is like Vietnamese deli. They have essential menus, Banh-mi, Pho, Bun cha, Com tam, and Congee. We are vegetarians and it was nice they offers V options. Lemongrass tofu was pretty good, but tofu Bahnmi and Vegetarian Pho were blend. The vegetables like basils and cilantro looked old and Do Chua wasn’t quite tasteful. It was ok overall."

I've only tried this place once, but it's probably in my top three Vietnamese restaurants I've tried in the Atlanta area so far. The quality of the food was excellent even for take-out. My mom and I tried the rare steak, well done flank, and brisket combination pho, the grilled pork báhn mì, and the spring rolls. Everything was very tasty and fresh! We would reorder everything we tried. I can't speak on the in-person service or ambiance as this was a delivery order, but I would definitely recommend the food. Everything was well-portioned - plenty to share or for leftovers, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Give them a try if you haven't yet.

Ethnic restaurants line both sides of this globalized thoroughfare: Mamak for Malaysian staples like bak kut teh (pork rib/belly soup) and shrimpy hokkien mee, El Rey del Taco for succulent carnitas, Lee’s Bakery for an A+ bánh mì, Sokongdong Tofu House for Korean BBQ ribs and cold noodle soup, Hong Kong Bakery for egg tarts and mung bean cookies…the list goes on. But you’re in luck: These places are cheap and casual; order one dish at each and make a crawl out of it.
