What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
West End Social garners high praise for its stunning mountain views, exceptional service, and innovative, personalized cuisine, particularly noted for its accommodating gluten-free options. While many highlight the romantic ambiance and the quality of dishes, a few reviewers mention a limited and expensive dinner menu with small portions compared to lunch.
"The patio has a stunning view and is open and airy and beautiful. Definitely sit there if the weather is ok. The food was “farm to table” fresh, imaginative and tasty. The burrata and heirloom tomato appetizer and the strawberry sorbet dessert (see photo below) were especially good. The food was beautiful to look at also. We had excellent, knowledgeable and customer-centric service from Tyler. All in all a wonderful experience. We will be back! ps one more thing - no noise issues. We could hear each other and have a conversation!"

"As a person who travels a lot, it is hard to find gluten-free without any cross contamination in most restaurants. I even have trouble at restaurants that have gluten-free options.
Here at Plato's Restaurants, the dining experience is different. You ask how? They have real chef's prepare your food unique to each guest, not a mass production. So whatever your needs, whether it be allergy or taste, they can do it here.
The other benefits of dining here are the beautiful views, no matter if you're inside with big windows or on the patio enjoying the weather.
The sunset is pure bliss while dining and romantic.
I had salmon and salad with a drink that was just perfect for me. The salmon was grilled to perfection, and the salad dressing paired well with the white win.
I went during off-season, which was less busy, but I see why this restaurant is so popular and hard to get reservations in season.
I would highly recommend this restaurant and go check it out for yourself.
Tell them I sent you!"

"We had excellent and quality food and service. Sang, our server, made us feel like royalty with his quick and friendly service and thé food was exquisite! We enjoyed the sweet and salty caviar bumps as an appetizer, followed by duck and wagyu steak and scallops. For dessert, it was a plate called the bee's knees, which alas, I cannot tell you what it was but they looked like big fat honey bees pastry that was delicious.
I can't emphasize enough how delicious everything was.
We went for dinner at around 7 pm and clouds were rolling in where it dampered the beautiful sunset that we were seeing on the mountains but overall it was a beautiful view to enjoy dinner out on the patio.
Thanks Sang for such a lovely evening for my husband and I to enjoy!"
