Reviews Summary

Diners rave about the signature Chop House Burger, calling it one of the best ever, with perfectly cooked patties and flavorful ingredients. The nostalgic 1980s atmosphere is also a plus. However, some reviews point to issues with order accuracy, declining quality of some items like truffle fries and buns, and occasional disorganization or closures.

"Friendly staff and great service. OMG... the chophouse burger is one of the best burgers I have ever eaten, cooked just right and the dressings were placed like a work of art and tastes blended so harmoniously. It was perfect, as was the onion rings, they were actual, real onions and not bread and the burger and onion rings were delicious. I never take the time to write reviews so this is a testament to how much I enjoyed this food. You will not be disappointed."

"Hello 1980's, come get your restaurant. I've been in restaurants from Portland, Oregon to S Florida, and this one stood out for sure. Service was friendly, food was okay. It was disappointing to get cheese when I asked for no cheese. Cheese makes my stomach hurt. Walking in, it took me back in time to the 80's. It doesn't "scream" restaurant decor; no menu on walls, no pictures of food, but very relaxing atmosphere. Menu options are plenty, so even if you don't want burgers, there's plenty of food to try and breakfast too."

"We were here for a Saturday late lunch. We were the only ones in the restaurant with the exception of the one employee working the front and back of the house. He was very nice. When we got here we nocied the name on the door and painted on the wall was Mahogany’s Chop House Burgers. So it is not the original owners who were featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. They still have the signature chop house burger. Something seems to be going on here. They were out of several menu items, the burgers did not come with all of the ingredients listed on the menu, and no one else was there. Maybe we came at a bad time, but don't order the fried pickles."
