And because it is Cantonese style cooking, you won’t leave the dinner table feeling weighed down because the flavors are all very light. I get the same dish every time I am there, which is haw fun noodles in soup with soy sauce chicken.

Oh, and First Chinese BBQ in Haltom city is legit authentic Chinese food. The menus are mostly written in Chinese, and last time I was there the special was fried pig uterus. I'm now on a search for good Korean but I've had no luck there.
