"There was plastic in the burger! 🤮
Today I had the most shocking In-N-Out experience I’ve ever had — and it was through the drive-thru. After getting back to work and taking a bite, I discovered a piece of plastic inside my burger.
Unfortunately, since it was a drive-thru order, I didn’t get the chance to bring this to the staff’s attention in the moment. But this is a major food safety issue that needs to be addressed. I’ve always trusted In-N-Out for their quality, which makes this even more disappointing.
It’s honestly upsetting. Imagine if someone hadn’t noticed and swallowed that—especially a child. Things like this aren’t just “accidents,” they’re signs that something went wrong in food prep or packaging that shouldn’t happen at all.
I truly hope In-N-Out takes this seriously and investigates how this could have happened. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this really shook my trust."
