"I had a really bad experience a little over a year ago and decided to give it a try again and I did and met the waitress Timber she was great and I gave her a great review so I decided to take my family in for lunch today because of Kimber.
I will not be going back to Applebee's again. I questioned why they charged for ranch as a dipping sauce and I was told that they've always charged for ranch as a dipping sauce. Since I have been going to this Applebee's nobody has ever told me that. It's not about the money it's about the principal. So our waitress said she would take it off but then all of a sudden a manager by the name of Brittany came to talk to me about it. She was very rude and condescending. I told her I have never been charged for ranch as a dipping sauce I was there about 3 weeks ago and I wasn't charged so she asked me the name of the waitress and I told her which was Kimber and she said she was going to fire her over a $0.50 sauce because she was not doing her job. That manager Brittany at your establishment needs more training on how to deal with customers especially her communication skills. Why would she tell me she's going to fire someone. This is unheard of I'm very dissatisfied and hopefully this will get to corporate office and they can contact me."

"Was absolutely horrible service. Waited 5 minutes to be seated. Saw several people had to wait almost 10 minutes until they were seated. We counted at least 11 tables that hadn't been busted. Flies everywhere cause all the empty plates sitting on tables. Our server talked to us twice. Once to get our order and then when she dropped off the food. Other than that she didn't check on us. Sat 15 minutes without a drink cause she didn't check on us till she brought food. Food was good. But the atmosphere and service was absolutely horrendous."
