"OMG! Never have I ever, ever seen such sloppiness. In fact I've never had to complain so loudly.
Where to start... Ordered just shy of £50 worth of food (6 of us), first of all the young lady bagging the food pulled her mask down, wiped her nose with her hand, pulled up her mask back up, before proceeding to pick up the packets of fries, scratching her nose in between. Didn't wash her hands, so when she gave me my order I asked her to replace it and wash her hands. Didn't really seem to understand my reasons behind it, so I had to be a little more direct.
We then get to the table to find half the order missing, so back and forth I go.
The food was over cooked,and by the time I sorted everyone else's food out, it was cold (see photos), so was thrown away after a few bites.
Thankfully the guy working in the lobby was pretty good, as was the team leader (Milo), who provided a refund.
That being said the cleanliness of the restaurant area leaves a lot to be desired.
Thankfully due to the time of year it wasn't busy, but I'm a little concerned that the 'already' poor standards shown would be a heck of a lot worse in the peak season.

This cafe/cake shop opened in 2011 in King Edward’s Court, next door to the Gourmet Burger Kitchen. Despite my abject dissapointment at the lack of french macaroons, this place is serving up a storm of lovely french cakes, creamy delights and as a spot for an indulgent tea with friends, it really is great.
