"My wife and I had a special evening planned and decided to give the Light of Bengal a try after hearing from many people that it was an "old school" restaurant serving high quality, traditional dishes. I am happy to report that the LoB exceeded our expectations in every way and have earned a couple of new loyal customers. Our server Aziz could not have been more friendly and helpful, guiding us through the menu and helping us to select a few dishes we had never had before. My wife ended up ordering the Bengal Railway Lamb, while I decided on the Achar chicken. Both were outstanding, with tender meat and incredibly delicious sauces that were seasoned to perfection. Together with the House Special Rice and Peshwari Naan, we left the restaurant full and extremely satisfied with our meal and are grateful to have found a new "favorite" place to go when we are craving South Asian cuisine. Special thanks again to Aziz for making our entire anniversary dinner experience a memorable one."
