"The pub was lovely and the food was really good the staff was very friendly even managed to get me a table when they were very busy. The menu was really good having a variety of different dishes like battered halloumi and chips, grilled gammon and lasagna they were all priced very well the halloumi and chips being £9.79. Although when I went it was very busy the atmosphere of the pub was still really nice with all the staff being really welcoming and they had a very large selection of different wines, cocktails and nonalcoholic drinks to. The only downside is that there was a very long wait between getting food but it wasn’t to bad as you could order drinks while you waited"

"A decent, plated Sunday roast dinner. Hot and with plenty of vegetables.
My order got a little lost in the kitchen so I had to wait longer than expected for the meal but the bar man dealt with the issue excellently. He was very apologetic and also offered me a drink due to the wait.
I'll definitely visit again if I'm in the area."
