Unfortunately the food was where we got let down! I had the bare Grill combo for one! And to say when it came out I was ecstatic the tray it came out on (So much food) looked fantastic.
The pulled pork and the smoked sausage was to die for!! Amazing!!! But unfortunately the chicken wings, half rack of ribs and the brisket burnt ends were all over cooked and dry as hell! The ribs barely had any meat on them due to being over cooked! Very disappointed with the price I paid!! My wife had the double cheese bacon burger and came out very dry and the crispy onions were burnt to the point it tainted the whole burger.

"A nice experience at bare grills. Table booked online. Seated straight away but was right beside the door and opposite the bar. Felt a bit out of place as was a meant to be an intimate meal. Did request alternative seating but none available so stayed. Anyways staff attentive and friendly and service good. Ordered the bbq tower for two which was exciting. Onion rings were delicious and fill of flavour. Really enjoyed the burgers and other meats. Beef and pulled pork was average. Beef was quite dry and over cooked. Pulled pork could’ve done with a tastier sauce, felt it was a bit bland. Nice selection of food."

There are three Bare Grills restaurants in total, each of which is staffed by passionate folk who are always happy to walk you through the impressive, meaty menus. Some of our highlights from the Bare Grills Weston-super-Mare menu include the 16-hour smoked brisket and the signature Bare Grill burger that consists of two 120g beef patties topped with smoked brisket, honey glazed bacon, jack cheese, crispy onions, salad and lashings of BBQ sauce.

On arrival, we were instantly impressed with the authenticity of the smokehouse. The team is serious about meat – everything is smoked fresh daily over hickory wood pellets in a Cookshack smoker located at the back of the kitchen.
