Prepare to be amazed, because not only is Corarima’s menu super vegan-friendly, it’s also gluten free, and (believe us) incredibly delicious. Top 19 Gluten-Free Dinner Spots to Delight in Wakefield

I don’t often get to make strong recommendations for nice places to eat out, but when I do it's because it is absolutely worth it. My husband and I tried Corarima in Wakefield, and I couldn’t not give them my praise. The host who served us was one of the nicest, friendliest servers we’ve ever met, couldn’t tell us enough about the food, its origins, its originality, etc.

Wonderful friendly atmosphere with really interesting flavours and experiences. A really interesting 'guide' to the flavours and context about the different meals was a lovely touch. Great value for money for a night out; the variety of spices, pulses and other component parts wouldn't be something you'd typically make at home or find anywhere else.

In the city centre, with its largely Victorian cathedral, you can eat vegetarian Abyssinian food at Corarima — fully booked when I tried. Alternatively, a cocktail and tapas at the lively Qubana, sited in an old bank building, may be just what you need after a day exploring this remarkable city.
