"I order from here anytime I want a treat, I have coeliac disease so its a bit tricky eating out, however they always label everything clearly, inside and takeaway. I order the same thing everytime, I'm picky and each time I eat here its been amazing, they taste exactly like normal pizzas and dough balls. I've never had a bad experience here, never a risk of cross contamination or even a bad experience with staff. It's nice to know that there's atleast 1 place in telford where I can have a treat and not worry about eating gluten."

"As soon as we arrived at pizza express there was a lack of front of house, meaning myself, partner and two younger children were left to wait in a queue as there was nobody there to greet us. The queue continued to grow and it Took a good while before being seen to. After sitting at the table, we were left 15 minutes, I got up to speak to a staff member and told her that it had been explained to us that there was an approximate wait of up to 45 minutes for food, however we had been sat for 15 minutes and nobody had been to take a drinks order- I was told to ‘bare with her a minute’ despite already waiting 15 minutes. This particular member of staff didn’t return to us. Another lady (with blue/green hair- didn’t catch her name, sorry) came to us and took our order. (She saved the evening) after ordering, we did. Have quite a wait, which was explained to us- disappointed with our food, we both ordered pasta dishes and a side of garlic bread. As you can see from the pictures, food was burnt, pasta was chewy from being over cooked and the garlic bread was also very burnt. Such a shame after waiting such a long time. The lady that served us, as previously mentioned, saved the evening for us- such a shame tonight as we were out celebrating my partners daughters 6th birthday."
