"The Cold Harbour Pub is a welcoming and traditional British pub offering a satisfying combination of hearty meals, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you’re dropping in for a casual lunch or a quiet evening meal, this pub delivers a genuinely enjoyable experience.
The menu features classic pub fare with generous portions and comforting flavours. Popular dishes like fish and chips, steak and ale pie, and Sunday roasts are well-prepared and consistently tasty. The burgers are juicy, and the sides—including onion rings and chips—are fresh and crispy. Vegetarian and kids’ options are available, making it a good choice for families. Their desserts, especially the sticky toffee pudding, are worth saving room for!
Service is generally prompt and efficient, even during busy hours. Meals are served hot and within a reasonable wait time. Orders are taken with care, and any special requests are usually accommodated without fuss.
The staff are friendly, approachable, and helpful. They contribute to the laid-back and welcoming vibe of the place. You’ll often be greeted with a smile and served with genuine warmth, which enhances the overall experience.
For the price point, the quality of food and service is excellent. It’s not fine dining, but it doesn’t try to be—it’s honest, satisfying pub food served in a clean, comfortable setting. Value for money is a strong point here.
The pub has a classic, cozy interior with traditional wood décor, soft lighting, and ample seating. There’s a relaxed and unpretentious charm about the place. Whether you’re visiting with friends, family, or on your own, it feels inviting and homely. Some locations of Cold Harbour Pubs also offer outdoor seating, which is a bonus on sunny days.
If you’re looking for a classic British pub experience with good food, fair prices, and friendly service, Cold Harbour Pub is a solid choice. Perfect for a relaxed meal, a pint with friends, or a casual evening out.
There is ample space for parking. Apart from all, the scenic views around the pub is admirable."

"We booked the Cold Harbour’s function for a birthday celebration and the Cold Harbour did themselves proud. They were flexible with our needs and allowed us to adapt the menu for our guests food tolerances. We had the £16/head buffet and the food was excellent. You can’t beat their Ploughman’s platter and the salads were super fresh with the homemade coleslaw as a highlight. Finally the staff and the service was great and nothing was too much bother. Would highly recommend."
