As a fellow business owner, the best feedback you can get are the bad ones. It gives good insight to the parts of the business that needs cleaning up. So by all means, follow up with me and I can help you improve your venue. It has so much potential, it's a lovely building, just gotta put happy and friendly staff in there. Our waiter was lovely, great attitude, and great sense of humour, even when under pressure.

Staff messed up the burger order, and then he rolled his eyes at my partner when she politely reminded him what we had ordered. He gave a bit of attitude saying he'd already brought that out. The customer is always right, be polite. Should have been apologetic, the result would never be worse when apologetic. He uttered "well I'm going to have to swap it out then aren't"... Came back to the table with this disgusting mess.
The meat was dry, and tasted like it was cooked over 24 hours ago."
