Super quick and polite service from everyone, fair prices, lovely view from our table, warm and tasteful decor throughout the restaurant and delicious food that was perfect in every way. "Ok, I have to admit: after some truly amazing dinners in London we didn’t really know what to expect from El Pescador in Swansea. But in came the starters - out went our skepticism! This place has got some very fine food and good service!! To begin with, we shared some padrones, fried manchego with serrano, baked chistorras, croquettas, crispy pork belly and bread with LOADS of baked garlic (!). All very nice! For mains, we had separate dishes of beautifully grilled sword fish, baked sea bass and super tasty garlic butter entrecôte. We had several people successfully attending our table, and our main waiter Pratham de-boned the sea bass beautifully! Highly recommend this place!"

"We visited on a Tuesday night. It was quiet but that’s not unexpected. I picked off the set menu £19.95 for two courses. I chose the cheese and chorizo stuffed mushrooms to start and the lamb parcel for main. I am surprised the main didn’t come with any sort of vegetable portion. The food was lovely, rich flavours and well cooked."
