The friendly and attentive service contributes to a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, though some reviews mention inconsistency in spice levels or preparation.
"I came with my friend after watching Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning 😁 Both ordered King fish green mango curry! A little bit too spicy for us - the waiter did warn us, super delicious though! Will definitely come back again!"

"I ordered chicken fried rice and chicken biryani from Banana Leaf on 20/02/2025 at 10:30 PM, that is last night and it was honestly the worst experience ever. I specifically asked for the food to be spicy, but instead of cooking it properly, they just threw raw chili powder on the rice. To make things worse, the chicken in the fried rice wasn’t even properly fried—it felt undercooked and completely tasteless. It was inedible, not just for me but for my friend as well.
After eating it, my stomach got upset, and the whole experience was extremely disappointing. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially when customers are paying good money for a meal. If this restaurant wants to keep its customers, they need to learn how to cook food properly and serve it with care. Throwing raw spices into a dish, serving undercooked chicken, and calling it “spicy” is not cooking—it’s negligence. My money was completely wasted, and I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their food quality and cooking standards."

"Loved the music, attentive service and short wait times for food. Lots and lots of vegetarian options and the staff made excellent recommendations on food I had never had before. The chili fried idly is highly recommended by me, it was absolutely stunning!!!"
