"A traditional pub with plenty of screens for sports. The weather was nice, so we sat outside.
When I ordered, I told the staff our table had no number. He sent me back to check, but I returned empty-handed — and he politely admitted the mistake.
I had their award-winning steak & Ruddles ale pie, served with thick-cut chips, mushy peas, and rich merlot beef dripping gravy. It was absolutely delicious — rich, tender, and just right.
Good portion, fair price, quick service. This pub really exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely go back!"
