Probably the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had.
The app said the order was delivered when it wasn’t, we’ve called the branch, they told us the driver is nearby. 10 minutes pass. 20 minutes pass. We call them again, “the driver can’t find us”, we give them 5 different characteristics to find us by, still nothing after ANOTHER 20 minutes. In total we’ve waited hour and a half for an order from a branch that is less than 10 minutes drive from us and had to call them 5 times. Not to mention, they were quite snappy on the phone when trying to rectify THEIR mistake.
By the time we’ve received the order, we’ve heard 5 different versions of why it’s late, the food it was completely cold and we were more annoyed than hungry."
