"It boasts that it came in the top ten fish and chips in the UK. I decided to test it and I have to admit they were the best chips I've had in a long time. Not too soggy and not like cardboard. I only bought chips but I'd recommend based on that. Indoors was lovely and traditional, very old time English which I loved. I had to wait 10 minutes or so but was warned and it didn't bother me. Even the little ticket I got for my order was a nice touch. If I'm ever in Scarborough again I'll try the fish as well."

"Average fish and chips. Only worth visiting for the vintage styling. Take away service with 10% added to sit in prices. Says freshly cooked to order, the wait said this the taste buds beg to differ. Good portion for chip butty however fish batter want very crisp and soggy at parts."
