Reviews Summary
The Victoria consistently earns praise for its warm and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with attentive and friendly service. Diners rave about the delicious food, especially the Sunday roasts and traditional pub fare. While most experiences are highly positive, some reviewers note that certain dishes could be improved, and the Michelin Guide experience might not be the absolute best, though still decent.
"The staff was lovely and welcoming and the menu was perfect pub fare. We wanted to stay outside of London but still close enough to get there with transit, so this location worked great for us. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!"

The service was warm, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. A special shout-out to Lana for looking after us so well—she really made the afternoon memorable. "Lovely little pub just tucked away outside Richmond. Just a 20min bus ride from the station.
We only had food, so cannot comment on the rooms.
It’s got a nice traditional pub vibe to the decor with a lovely conservatory restaurant area. The pub section is dog friendly while the conservatory side was not.
The food was so tasty and reasonably priced for the quality and portion size.
