"Exceptional experience and service.

We had to enter the Al Fresco entrance and were given choice of seating area. Outside they have a really pretty covered garden you can sit in. Inside gangways and mirrors. It is kind of confusing that the different restaurants are linked and we had to request which menu we wanted. This isn't clear. The owner greeted us and served us personally. Service was fast and the food portions were really large that we took some home.

My sister and I were only able to stay for a short visit at lunch. We had taken our Grandma to the hairdrssser so had a time limit. We both ordered cokes and vegetarian pasta from the wine bar menu. We had ordered our Grandma the Lasagna to take away as she is still uncomfortable going to a public place without a mask due to age. All 3 dishes were part of the eat out to help out. She loved her lasagna and it was perfectly hot when we took it home."

After a couple of years and a revamp, Leonardo Wine Bar is back open and what a transformation. The wine bar has a fresh appearance and blends the original old style with the new. You may be on the south circular but as soon as you walk in you are transported to Italy. The food, the service and the atmosphere all remain as they were....exceptional. I am so glad it is back as a staple of East Sheen!
