"My family and I stopped off here on a rainy April day when exploring the coastline, and we were very glad that we did. The food was delicious, and the staff were really friendly.
My husband and I highly recommend the steak pie, and my boys really enjoyed their chicken nuggets and chips. The desserts were also delicious!
We will definitely be back, and would highly recommend a visit to The Village Inn."

"The village inn was a Great find, me my wife and our 3 Yr old son spent the whole day just up the road at kelburn Castle and we were all hungry and shattered by the time we left and chose to come here for some grub, we where not dissapointed. The food was great. My wife had the homemade stake pie and I had the home made chicken and bacon pie, both really nice and the vegetables were fresh cooked not frozen. Our son had the homemade chicken goujons in panko bread crumbs and devoured them. We will definitely be back when we are visiting the area in the future. Staff were very friendly too"
