"Went for dinner on a Wednesday evening the gentleman that served us was incredible very polite and friendly.The food was amazing we got the hot mezze for starter and then got the platter for two. The portions were good we even had to take some home.Would recommend this place to family and friends and would definitely go back again.Thank you for a lovely evening."

"I would not recommend going to this restaurant if you are expecting great service. I went tonight for my friend’s birthday meal, and let’s just say we did not enjoy it one bit.
On arrival our table was 15 minutes late/delayed. We were given the wrong drinks and were left waiting ages for anyone to serve us. Our starters were not served for over an hour.
The waiter was unbelievably rude, after we complained about the poor service, the waiter (with his manager present) told us that he was using his ‘tactics’ by ignoring us?! We were utterly shocked with the lack of professionalism & the waiter walked off along with the manager.
We were given the wrong drinks, a main meal that came out when it shouldn’t have, this then happened AGAIN.
My friends rice did not come out with her food without prompting. Our main meals should have came with some mixed peppers, we only got 1 pepper each. In recent visits, the presentation and portions have been a lot better, this time it just looked like everything had been thrown on the plate.
Manager expressed that he will ensure our meal is better from our mains onwards, for it to only go downhill even more.
The manager kept trying to act all friendly with us, saying things like ‘look it’s not all about the service, it’s about being here with your friends’?! Absolutely not, we’re paying for a service, stop trying to divert the issue.
Another waiter took our payment, he seemed very pleasant and even he said that he saw we were being ignored by our waiter & how bad service we were receiving!!

Overall our experience was beyond shocking, From working in the hospitality industry myself, I have never been to a restaurant with service so poor."

"We had a great bottomless brunch as the food and service was excellent. The decor is really lovely and although the cocktails are very sweet you could also have Prosecco or wine. The only negatives was the toilets which were shocking, only 1 cubicle working in the ladies, the queue was ridiculous so some ladies had to resort to using the men’s or the disabled downstairs."
