"I went there 1st time with my kids just two days ago and we all loved it. Food was delicious, place was nice and clean and service was great. They really looked after us and nothing was hard for them. We all had rose drink which was delicious 😋. I’ve been here 3 times so far and everything was always amazing. I love Japanese food so this is my favourite place to eat in Maidstone."

"We had a great lunch at Wagamama today. They have many gluten free options available, which was great for my daughter. She had crispy chicken ramen, and I had the noodles with shiitake mushrooms. Both dishes were very tasty. The service was friendly with a smile, and the place had a nice interior.
Paying via QR code on the table was also very convenient."

"I absolutely love this place.
I am gluten and milk free. As soon as you mention this a manger is assigned to you. You get a separate menu as well and can ask any questions. Your food is cooked where you can observe the chefs which is a great additional experience. Allergen food is separate and labelled as well.
Access wise, the double doors are very heavy and not automated so someone will need to assist. The staff did notice us and help. There are a few tables that are good for wheelchair users. Most of the tables are high up and there's a few more discreet tables if you prefer less of the 'exposed' feel.
Payment is done digitally and it was really simple to do. Portions are really good, we even took some home in a box they gave to us.
Worth every penny. Highly recommend."
