"Stunning food with a brilliant atmosphere. We were lucky enough to get a window seat and it was so lovely to eat very good food with the harbour view and sunset . Staff were so friendly and attentive and we have been recommending the Haven to any friends who might visit the area!"

My wife and my son had a full glass of red wine spilled on them by the waitress. The manager’s only response? To offer the wine for free.
Over £300 worth of clothes were ruined, and there was not even a proper apology or compensation. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. We won’t be coming back – and I suggest you don’t either.
EDIT :
Their public response is as ridiculous as it is dishonest — claiming they have CCTV proving it was me, when it was clearly their own staff’s mistake. No apology, just denial."
