What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The Lade Inn offers a cozy pub atmosphere with hearty Scottish cuisine and an impressive selection of real ales. While many praise the friendly service, generous portions, and delicious homemade food, some diners have found the prices to be on the higher side and experienced slow service during peak times. The pub is also noted for being dog-friendly, which some guests appreciate while others find it overwhelming.
"We love this Pub, and it is perfect for lunch or dinner after a walk nearby. Classic pub food and drinks that are always enjoyed. Service is excellent 😀"

"Visited just after lunchtime along with wife and 2 dogs. We were seated in a comfortable bar area with a nice roaring fire. We ordered haggis balls for starters and steak pie and chips and 8oz burger and chips for mains. The food was all very tasty and homemade on the premises. We will definitely return when in the area."

"We were staying in Stirling and went on a day trip to see this area. It was a long day and we were hungry & saw this pub/restaurant. The staff that greeted us warned us that they only had 1 chef and it may take a while for our food to come. We should have left and found another restaurant but decided to stay. It did take a long time to get our food and drinks. The menu items were pricey. The place was nice."
