I can see why there is so much hype in the city around this place, the doughnuts are just that good – my mum even felt the need to tell the girls working there that it was ‘the best doughnut she’s ever had’.

We are going to start with a chain, but I feel it’s fair to mention these guys as not only do they have a wonderful menu, but they also have a separate vegan menu. One of my favourite restaurants in Liverpool, I can remember when the only spot was the original on Bold Street. Now taken over most of the UK, you can find a Mowgli spot just about anywhere. An Indian-come-tapas restaurant, order as many dishes as you think you can handle, then order some more.

If you fancy a bit more heat in your menu than Mowgli may be the place to go. Offering an exciting array of authentic Indian street food there are plenty of interesting morsels on offer at Mowgli. We love there zingy Gun Powder Chicken and none of there great tasting treats will break the bank.
