"Always like going in here/ up here for a few cocktails when out in Lincoln. A nice, relaxed, semi-sophisticated cocktail lounge on the 5th floor of the Hilton overlooking the Brayford Pool. Small but adequate with nice seating areas, low lights and outside balcony which is usually busy on summer nights.
Cocktails range from £6 up to £12. Good selection of spirits, a few lagers and a range of wines. Small bar, so when busy you may need to wait a while. Staff are always friendly and attentive. There are other cocktail lounges in Lincoln, although non of them have a view quite like this one to watch the sun set and the water and clouds light up.
