Reviews Summary

Fig & Thistle is highly praised for its delicious and well-presented food, with standout dishes like the goat cheese tartlet and salmon. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff contribute to a positive dining experience. However, some reviews mention disorganization in service and occasional discomfort for families with young children due to the intimate setting.

"Busy and popular. We went there on a Saturday for a date night. Perfect! Salmon dish recommended. We also had Sticky Toffee Pudding. Two dishes, 1 dessert & a beer cost £60."

Aasma Fayaz

"Amazing restaurant in the heart of Inverness.
Goat cheese app, salmon, squash risotto, and the mushroom/chicken pasta were all delicious. The star of the night was the sticky toffee and biscoff cheesecake. Service was excellent. Would definitely go back."

Eileen Wrabel

"Amazing Food & Service
Accidental find, that was so good we returned three days in a row! Everything we ordered was so tasty and really good portion sizes for adults and kids! Some favourites were; the Tempura Prawns & Brie Wedges, Duck & Curry Style grilled Salmon, White Chocolate Panna cotta, Crème Brûlée and Mango Sorbet
Service was second to none aswell! Definitely recommend and will be back!"

Whether you’re stopping in for lunch or dinner, you can expect big, warm, homemade portions of delicious local food – all within a traditional British pub setting.

I ordered the burger and it came out on gluten free bread (which was hard and did not look appetizing) and without the burger condiments.
