Reviews Summary

Brewhemia offers a lively and unique dining experience with a wide range of beers, cocktails, and European-inspired dishes. Diners frequently praise the vibrant atmosphere, excellent service, and entertainment, making it a memorable spot for various occasions. However, some guests have noted inconsistencies in menu offerings and service during peak times, and dietary accommodation can be challenging.

"Wow, one of the best dining experiences I have ever had!

The service was amazing, the food was phenomenal and to top it off, there was a super talented singer playing to the restaurant with his guitar!

We had the cheese fondue which was sublime and I must recommend.

Don't forget to grab a few butterscotch shots too!

Special shout out to Martha, Ava and Anya for such a special experience they provided for me and my new fiance, we will never forget it, and we will be back!!!!"

Kavan Hanks

"This place is so cool, our waitress was amazing! The atmosphere is loud and proud, if that's not your thing, they have the front section for quieter diners, they have thought of everything, the band was good, the fairies were cheesy but a nice way to introduce the evening atmosphere. The highlight was that fillet steak 🤤 I would jump on a plane just to have dinner here 👌🏻"

Victoria Grehan

"We popped in for a few drinks on a Monday afternoon. The staff were really helpful and polite. Great drinks selection, we tried the Scottish and Bavarian beer flights which were good. Also had the pretzel trio for a bar snack and enjoyed these. Thanks again."

Afternoon tea Edinburgh: 15 of the best places for cake and a cuppa in Scotland's capital

What: For an afternoon tea that brings a bit of a party atmosphere, it has to be Brewhemia. Taking its place as Scotland's only beer palace, it's not just about the booze (although that's still an option if you fancy), with classic stands of all your favourite treats to keep you going throughout the afternoon. Tuck into the likes of cheese and onion quiches or spiced fig and feta choux buns, with indulgent desserts to follow in the form of coffee eclairs and lemon meringue pies.
