"Went here just before Christmas for a meal with family.
All the food was really good, I wish I had had the pie as that looked amazing. I had the chicken skewer which was a bit of a let down in all honesty as the chicken was tasteless. However, I have not let this detract from my review as everything else was good.
I would have gave 5 stars, but I haven't as it was quite cold in there. The staff were amazing and were earning their corn, and I'm sure they were lovely and warm rushed off their feet.
It's hard to believe this place is part of a chain as it is full of character and charm and the meals are not served like chain pubs.
The kids ice cream sundae was a real HIT with the nippers, they have shut up about them. 🍦 🍨
Go and try it out for yourself and you won't be disappointed."
