The team at Pasta Ripena make fresh pasta every day and stuff it with a number of seasonal fillings, but the dishes are more involved than that, such as triangoli of Calabrian ‘nduja, wild boar ragu and prosciutto San Danielle or Cappellacci of prawn and mascarpone, Cornish shellfish, crab bisque and agretti.
