"Some of the best fish and chips I've ever had. My wife and I got the "special" which was hake, chips and a side for £9.99. That's a very reasonable price by today's standards. The fish and batter were perfectly cooked. The batter had a little crunch but wasn't too thick, and the fish melted in my mouth.
The staff were very friendly and service was fast and efficient. I can see why they've won awards for their fish and chips! As a bonus, they have dog friendly outdoor seating with heaters. I like that they went the extra mile to spruce up the outdoor seating too, rather than leaving it as a generic wooden shelter.
We'll definitely be visiting again, this is an easy recommendation!"

"First time visiting this chippy the other day but definitely wont be the last. Chips were lovely and a golden brown colour and the gravy was thick and so tasty. There was 5 of us who had different items from here for our tea and all were delicious 😋"
