Reviews Summary

Flirt Cafe Bar is celebrated for its vibrant, quirky atmosphere and exceptionally friendly service, particularly from owner Ed and staff like Daniel. Diners rave about the all-day breakfast, especially the quality sausages, and appreciate the accommodating approach to dietary needs. While the menu is described as somewhat limited, the food is consistently praised as fresh, well-cooked, and reasonably priced. It's a beloved spot for its inclusive and welcoming vibe.

"Is this the best cafe/bar in Bournemouth?

Although we were staying in a hotel that does a very nice breakfast,we prefer to eat later without getting up too early.
Just a short walk through town and up to the Triangle.

The interior is bright and possibly a little camp.
Think pink & neon and maybe a flamingo lurking somewhere with a bit a glam.
There's wooden table's & chairs, as well as comfy sofas to sink into.
It's a very friendly and welcoming space.
You can just have a coffee,or choose from an array of freshly prepared food.
Whatever side of the fence you are, gluten free, veggie, vegan, they cater to all tastes.

But we're not any of those.
An all day breakfast is what we are craving.
As you enter, find an available seat to settle into and place your order at the counter.
This can be difficult at times,as it's a very sort after spot.

The breakfast is freshly cooked to order and arrives at the table in no-time.
The highlight has got to be the very tasty sausages. At £9.25,it's quite good value.
In fact all their prices are very reasonable for the quality and service.
In the evening they have different events as well.

Our only problem is,when we bring our boys, that's doggies. We can't get out of the place.
As so many people want to say hello to them.
This is truly the friendliest and best cafe in Bournemouth where everyone is welcome.
Oh,and our boys love all the attention."

Guys Who Dine

"Just popped in for lunch after a trip to the Oceanarium, well worth the walk up the hill! We were served by the owner who is absolutely lovely. I had the mac and cheese and my husband had chicken gyros. It was delicious food and the price was reasonable. Lovely atmosphere and space. We will definitely come back next time we're in Bournemouth!"

"Dog friendly & even more PEOPLE FRIENDLY.. situated in the heart of the Bournemouth Centre triangle, flirt amongst a parade of shops and clothes to a park. The atmosphere is very relaxed and warm, the service is very good and always with a smile, the menu is somewhat limited and moderate priced, but it’s obviously very manageable as it’s well cooked, well presented and in very quick time.. Ed the owner he’s so welcoming and friendly. It was so nice enjoying a meal in a relaxed atmosphere with our pet dog who was also warmly welcomed.."

The Best Brunch And Late Breakfast Spots In Bournemouth

Flirt is the hot-spot for Bournemouth’s young and fashionable crowds with its retro decor and unique menu options. Seating in this funky café can range from former aeroplane chairs to recycled and mismatched chairs. Quirky flavors are this café’s main selling point and the range of hot chocolate is especially astounding.

Best brunch Bournemouth – 7 spots not to miss

Embodying the ambiance of the quirky Triangle area, Flirt Café and Bar is a regular hang out for the more trendy members of the community. This big-personality eatery does nothing in small doses and makes its presence known with loud interiors and an eccentric menu. With some of its specialties being bubble tea and Sexy OMG hot chocolate (made with Daim, Snickers, Ferrero Rocher – to name a few) the wacky retro, dog-friendly hot spot is not going anywhere fast and should definitely feature on your ‘brunch in Bournemouth’ bucket list.

Best Breakfast and Brunch Places in Sandbanks

This is a big, busy space, with kitsch walls decorated with everything from vintage lamps to disembodied dolls' heads smoking cigarettes. Its massive menu is a little bewildering but essentially breaks down into a canteen-style counter of hot and cold dishes, and the usual cafe fare of soups, jacket spuds, sandwiches and, a Flirt speciality, topped waffles. My samples from the hot food were, like Flirt itself, a bit odd.
