"I came here with my family as we come here roughly once a year as my boys love the amusements and arcade and I love just sitting out of the way in the bar area where I can get a well earned sit down and a nice brew as I am an avid coffee drinker. The food is amazing, as they have a menu that fits most people. The staff are amazing and friendly, and they are always happy to help with any special requirements that you may have. You are greeted by a lovely greeter as you walk in, and they guide you to a table.
The table is nice and clean and their is a menu to help you choose from the various meals on the menu. There is no more queuing, as you order from your table and pay. Your food arrives nice and hot. Well done, guys. I would happily return here as it has totally improved for the better. Well done, staff at Captain Jacks 👏 👍"

"This place is a hidden gem my starter made me want more the my Tennessee ribs omg the fell off bone absolutely massive portion staff went out there way to give us garlic mushrooms that aren't on the menu and Uno what I wish I'd had them as well the salad was fresh the fries bloody perfect I want to go back me try this hanging kabab now 🤤🤤🤤"

"The food was much better than expected, the theatre of it is very good. Decor is well themed. The staff are friendly. Payment is due when ordering - fine but you get forgotten afterwards you order if you want more drinks, which you won't if they are as flat as the ones we received. The price was reasonable just let down by drinks."
