The Ginger Bistro, oh how it stole my heart from the moment I stepped through its doors. The atmosphere was buzzing with an infectious energy, and the staff greeted us like long-lost friends. Instantly seated by a charming host, I knew this was going to be a dining experience like no other.

Having opened during the pandemic - no easy feat - Ormeau Road restaurant Stove saw the pairing together of former Ginger Bistro chef Simon McCance with former Deanes chef Simon Toye. Safe to say that it ticks all the right boxes for fine dining, even before you walk in the door.
