"The manager of this restaurant does not understand basic customer service. While the food at Mick's is good, the service is TERRIBLE!!! I walked in for breakfast at 8:55 and was pushed out the door into the cold because they don't open until 9:00. The waiter couldn't just let me sit there for 5 minutes. Then I ordered the Irish Breakfast and was told that I couldn't exchange the sausage for more beans. The last time I checked, sausage is far more expensive than an extra 20 grams of beans. I won't be going back."
