"I thoroughly enjoyed the "BEEF Meat & Wine" at the restaurant, along with the recommended soup and appetizers—it was definitely worth the time and effort to get there. The beef tartare was good, but the foie gras was even better, setting high expectations for the main course. I ordered a medium-rare Chateaubriand with grilled vegetables cooked to order.
To sample the local beverages, I opted for a local bottle of red wine and vodka. I don’t recall the wine label, but the full-bodied wine paired well with the steak. The Staritsky and Levitsky Private Cellar edition offered a unique take compared to the typical vodka labels I am accustomed to.
The decor and service were on par with the high quality of the food and drinks."
