Reviews Summary
Lokanta 1741 is highly praised for its exquisite Turkish cuisine and magical, romantic atmosphere, particularly on its terrace. Many highlight the impeccable service and the unique experience of dining within a historic bathhouse. However, some guests have found the pricing to be on the higher side, and a few negative service experiences have been noted, though management attempts to resolve issues.
"Honest review from a Tourist like us:
We found this restaurant during our Winter-Spring Holiday in Turkiye this year.
We had a ”mind-blowing” apéro-dinner at Lokanta 1741 – Our taste buds are still doing a happy dance! We ordered the Main course as for The Duck Dumpling and The Fish Stew . It was cooked to ”juicy perfection” and the desserts we had (I can’t remember the name) like, it was Baklava Fusion, oh is a Heavenly!! Don’t even get me started on,
Also, you always can check the best wine pair food with the staff or their bartender as well.
We eat them every day if I could (as we are a big foodie traveler). Shoutout to the staff for being professional hospitable and attentive. As I also someone who worked and had experience for 15 years in Hospitality Industry."

"Wow, the food was awesome. They have both a set menu and a la Carte. The food is out of the world. We had the set menu. 8 appetizers which you have to share with your partner ( not sure what happens if you go by yourself). One main course and a desert. It is quite filling. About $150 US dollars each.
The sore point that we had an obnoxious waiter who was very mean which made our entire experience bad. The manager was quite nice and tried to fix the issue, but I wouldn’t go back because of that guy with the pony tail. He let the dish on the table and was busy with other guests and did not even give us cutlery.
Overall good food, enjoy you may not get the same guy."

"Great experience, very friendly service from hotel entrance to service, and all very welcoming. They recommended a great crisp chardonnay. The sea bass was really great even if one end was slightly burned. All other plates were fantastic. The terrace and interior are also very quiet and cosy, away from the noise outside. Great spot!"
