This chic, modern café not only serves to-die-for homemade cakes and pastries, it also offers a globally influenced brunch menu that ranges from Turkish eggs to falafel—via blueberry pancakes.

Often described as one of the best cafés for studying and working in The Hague, Kaafi definitely lives up to its reputation. The whole back of the café is dedicated to working folks, and the homey vibe, spacious desks, and socket accessibility make up for its relatively small size. The big, communal work table is covered in natural light from the ceiling — a surprising twist to a place that, from the outside, looks like it might be rather dark.

Kaafi is a brunch and breakfast bar located right in the city centre of The Hague. Additionally to their kind and warm service, they offer some innovative and delicious breakfast options refined by some delicious Cappucino. Even though the place is in the city centre, it is a few streets apart from the trouble of the main shopping streets what makes it one of my absolute favourites in The Hague!

Kaafi is one of my favorite spots due to its lovely owner, Zeeshan, who brings international flare to brunch favorites along with fantastic coffee. They are packed on weekends and a reservation is highly recommended, but it is worth the trek. They are thankfully open 7 days, so it is a great choice for those looking for something open on the elusive Monday.

I finally visited Kaafi recently and this super modern coffee/breakfast spot run by an American guy has fantastic customer service. The coffee is absolutely fantastic and I strongly recommend getting the pastries if you’re looking something sweet. The breakfast choices as pretty well-sized and hearty with high-quality bread from a local bakery.

The owner lived in London before opening this modern coffee café with jazzy vibes. He gets his house blend from a London roaster and takes the art of coffee seriously. But just to mention the coffee does the kitchen injustice: the cakes, made by his mom, are out of this world!

Again, another cafe in The Hague that caters to more than one group of people. The cafe seems to be split into three sections. A well lit workspace area with a good internet connection as well as plug points and loads of desk space to work from.

After two years of brainstorming and planning, owner Zeeshan has opened his cafe on the Prinsenstraat. A place where you can drink a fresh cup of coffee and have a nice lunch. The place looks beautiful and the coffee tastes good.
