Had missing cutlery and napkin when the first course arrived, during the second course the plates were missing again and the spaghetti was lukewarm at best and had a little more black pepper than needed, overpowering the taste of the truffle and spaghetti. Seemed like 1 person was missing to allow the staff to be more attentive for the customers. Can’t really complain about the food, it is good. But again, for a restaurant of this caliber, the small things add up to an overall less than satisfactory experience. Not a bad one overall, but could easily be improved."

"We had the best of Tozi menu which allowed us to try the highlight dishes from the restaurant.
The braised ox cheek with jerusalem artichoke puree was the favorite of the night. Very tender meat, rich in flavour from the jus, and smooth puree.
The cacio e pepe with black truffle is I believe one of their signatures. Though we appreciated the service where the pasta was swirled unto the cheese wheel, we found the pasta to be slightly undercooked and hard to chew.
Scallop with nduja sauce was a new combo we never heard of. Nevertheless, scallops were cooked perfectly and the tangy slightly spicy nduja sauce elevated the dish."
