Reviews Summary

Na's Kitchen is highly praised for its authentic Northern Thai cuisine, incredible affordability, and warm, home-like atmosphere. While the service can be slow due to its popularity and the decor is simple, the delicious, freshly prepared food makes it a must-visit for many. Some guests note that it's best to be specific about spice levels.

"A really nice place with excellent food! It is fast and freshly prepared. A good and wide choice of dishes. Maybe you have to wait a bit, the place is busy but it is worth it! Also try the nice shakes!"

"came here a few weeks ago when visiting pai, and genuinely have not stopped thinking about the food. my friends and i ordered quite a lot on the menu so we could share and try more things and everything was 10/10. we ate backpacking currently and whenever we are hungry we are always craving the food from here. definitely recommend trying the pad mamma and the fried rice. so delicious"

"Very busy spot because they have good food.

But because they are busy, a few things might be off.

I walked in and went up to the counter. I was asked how many I was and it was just me, so I was told I could sit outside and to grab a menu a paper and a pencil so I can write down what I want when I’m ready and come back and pay.

First time I ever had to write down my own order. At some sushi spots I put a X next to what I wanted, but not physically wrote out my order.

As you can see, I wrote it out and I wrote spicy, but it came not spicy, when I addressed this, they brought me the pepper and then I was told that if I wanted it spicy, I should’ve wrote it down.

To be honest, there’s nothing I hate more than asking for something spicy them saying OK and then it coming not spicy and I have to add the spice myself.

Other than that, once I added the spice, it was good. As I was sitting a weight started to form. mind you it’s just a Thursday night. But the food did come out fast. You’re in the service was great. Anytime I asked for anything. It came out very quickly."

Around the corner, near the top of Raddamrong Road and conveniently opening at 17:00, is popular Na’s Kitchen # , which also serves up excellent Thai and northern Thai fare. They will add a decorative lettuce leaf or crinkle-cut slice of cucumber and triple the price so mains are 100 baht and up but the food is good, servings large and it’s often so full of locals and visitors that you’ll have to wait for a table.

Friendly but very slow service, excellent spicy glass noodle salad and, most importantly, sticky rice!. I don’t understand why not more restaurants serve sticky rice in Thailand. It’s the perfect thing to mop up leftover sauce in the bottom of a plate.
