"THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY
4.5 stars
We arrived for an early dinner at around 5pm on Sunday, April 6, 2025.
Location: Phet Kasem, 3.3km north of Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin, opposite side of the road.
Parking: there is off-street parking in the back
Confectionery: when you first enter, you’re in the confectionery. Handmade candies being made behind the glass windows; cookies and others sweets for purchase. Sadly, we didn’t try any, although if I could I would have tried the “lava” cookies… or maybe they were called “molten” cookies; either way, they looked ooey gooey delicious.
Restaurant: clean, spacious, comfortable; only a few other tables were occupied.
Menu: thick! Something for everyone here
Food: good. I had green curry with Australian beef. Guy had lasagna. We split an appetizer of fried squid (delish!). 2 soda waters, 2 cokes, and (sadly) no dessert.
Staff: professional, attentive
Price: 1078 baht ($31 US), included 10% service charge on the bill.
Recommend: if this is within your budget, Check it out. Let me know how the desserts are."

"The place is beautifully and tastefully designed – combining a restaurant, café, and chocolate shop all in one stylish setting. It’s a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal or dessert.
The food was excellent, with a wide selection of both Thai and Western dishes. Everything we tried was delicious and well-prepared. The desserts, in particular, were top-notch – beautifully presented and full of flavor.
It is on the pricier side, and they do add an extra 10% service charge and extra 10% tax. In the end, we spent more than we usually would for a meal for two in Europe, but honestly, it was worth it. The quality of both the food and service was high, and the staff were very friendly and professional.
We'll definitely be coming back, especially for those amazing desserts!"

"I visited this place yesterday and ordered three cakes and a cookie. One of the cakes was called Triple Choc, and while the presentation was beautiful, the flavor really surprised me.
I was expecting a rich chocolate taste, but the dominant flavor was orange — so much so that it felt more like an orange cake than a chocolate one. It wasn’t bad, just not what I expected from something named “Triple Choc.”
I appreciate the look and care put into it, but I think the name should better reflect the actual flavor. I wasn’t fully satisfied with this choice."
