What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Tali Wiru offers an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime fine dining experience in the heart of the desert. Diners rave about the magical sunset views, exquisite multi-course meals with perfect wine pairings, and insightful cultural and astronomical talks. While the price point is high, most agree it's worth every penny for the impeccable service and unique ambiance. Some minor concerns include potential encounters with insects and the unpredictability of weather impacting outdoor elements.
"The most unforgettable experience of our trip to Uluru. While it’s expensive, it’s absolutely worth it. Canapés and champagne as you watch the sunset, the most beautifully prepared four course meal, a stunning Star chat by the very knowledge Michael and then a beautiful bush talk around the camp fire. We looked at other dinner in the desert options and we are so glad we picked this one. The numbers are small, kept to around 20 I think and each group had their own table, rather than having to share with strangers. It’s a dinner that we will never forget and I feel so lucky we got to experience it."

"No hyperbole, best dinner experience my wife and I have ever had. Impeccable service starting with Mike who drove and also taught us about the constellations. Very intimate environment. If you visit Uluru you have to do this. It’s worth every penny."
Evan Closky
"The Tali Wiru sunset dining experience was absolutely magical and the highlight of our trip to Uluru. Watching the sun set over the desert while enjoying champagne together felt like pure romance. The multi-course menu was incredible, showcasing native ingredients with perfect wine pairings (especially the bin 389 Cabernet-Shiraz). The service was flawless, and we especially loved the warmth and attentiveness from Shela, who made the evening feel so personal and special. Dining under the stars with cultural stories and the beauty of the outback made this a once-in-a-lifetime experience we will never forget!!"
