"We had tried this brand back in our homeland, but we were curious to experience it at their flagship store in Taipei. Honestly, the taste was quite similar, but we appreciated it more this time because of the atmosphere and the milk used in Taiwan — it tasted noticeably sweeter and richer.
Our 3-year-old tried it for the first time and absolutely loved it, especially the boba!
Although the queue was crazily long, it moved quickly. We also got the bundle set with xiao long bao. To be honest, the dumplings tasted quite standard — nothing particularly special.

"After a recommendation from a friend, made a visit to the Xing Fu Tang Flagship Store. Located in the Ximending Walking District. Ximending gives off a Times Square vibe. Lots of tourist and locals walking around with food, live music and entertainers everywhere. The queue was long but moved quickly. Theres's only 2 items on the menu. The Brown Sugar Boba Milk by itself or with Xiao Long Bao. Ordered just for the Boba milk this time. The boba pearls were perfectly cooked, chewy but still soft. The drink is light creamy milk shake and just the right amount of sweet. The caramelize sugar flakes from the dinosaur head blow torch give a nice texture. Its more a dessert type drink but hits the spots. Visited Ximending twice and got the Boba Milk both times!"
