We loved the carbonara made in the traditional way without cream, only egg yolk, as well as the delicious ravioli options like braised goose or pumpkin.

After stopping off at the Champagne Bar, finish your day in style at CERVO Mountain Resort. Located at the base of the slopes, just above the Sunnega funicular lift station, sip cocktails on the expansive terraces with the Matterhorn as your backdrop. With regular live music and exclusive DJ sets, CERVO brings the vibe of the mountains to life.

At Madre Nostra you’ll not only have amazing views over the Matterhorn but you’ll also have some amazing food. The vibe of the restaurant like the vibe of CERVO itself is incredible and you’ll really feel at home. You can also try the other restaurants at CERVO which are all great (I love the terrace and the truffle fries as an après-ski)-
