"A big thank you to the owner, i felt the warm italian hospitality when i visited on 10th Jan 🙏🙏.
I arrive at about 250pm, and they had already closed for lunch...however, the owner was really kind to ask the chef and team 'hold off' closing the kitchen.
He asked me if I was okay with a simple Arrabiata. I said, of cos! Its what i actually wanted!
So, no guesses, I had the Penne Arrabiata. The portion was huge and the sauce was good.
After i was done, the owner asked if I wanted desserts or coffee.
I had an Espresso and tiramisu to complete my homely italian meal. It was very delicious too! I recommend visiting them if you visit Lugano. Please make sure you call before heading over (i think they close at 230pm for lunch)"

"The best Pizza in Lugano so far. I had Pizza in some places here but in del Sole it is the most special and tasty one ever.
The dolce is very fine, house made and from perfect quality and taste.
The people there have experiences and know how to serve a guest in a perfect and super friendly way. The atmosphere is very familiar. We enjoyed the dinner and will come back again."

It’s a bit off the touristic center of Lugano, but DEFINITELY worth the extra distance. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was crowded with locals, definitely a good sign!. We ordered the seafood Risotto and Tortellini, which were heartily delicious, and the portions was almost DOUBLE the size of your typical restaurant serving.
