The hygiene is of a high standard, and the location is central, right in the heart of Lugano, directly by the lake. I can't comment on the prices since I was there for work and didn't pay, but I will definitely go back."

"Went here with friends, in the evening, orders of just drinks took a long time to arrive and eating outside was cold since it was in a corridor next to the lake, with some wind and cars flashing you. Some random guy also came here trying to sell us roses. Finally, the order came, I got a hot chocolate (4chf) and it came as a glass of milk with a supermarket powder cocoa I hat to open and mix in myself, which I never saw happen in Italy or other places in Lugano.
Your experience might be better ordering something else and staying inside or outside in the summer, but I cannot give a higher score because of this."

"Been there with a group of 20 football lads and all of us were amazed by the warm reception and the atmosphere. Service swift and more than friendly by the lovely staff and the welcoming and talkative owner(?)/ manager. Super local brews and we were even allowed to choose our own sound which made our stay still more pleasant. Would definitely come back and recommend"
