"What a lovely place! Don’t let the looks of the exterior mislead you. It’s about 5 min drive from Chateau de Chillon or you can take the tram up to Glion. The cuisine is very modern, making use of seasonal and modern ingredients. They whip up traditional dishes with a modern, delightful twist. Views over the lake and Sunset are spectacular. Staff is wonderful and they have very good local wines. Best dinner we had so far in the region!"
