Sadly the waiter was indiscreet which almost ruined our entire evening.
I told him quietly that I was pregnant and asked him which dishes I could eat when we ordered starters.
Later on in the evening, when he served a dessert cheese platter to our friends, he addressed me loudly in front of the entire table “you shouldn’t eat these because some of them aren’t pasteurized”. Our friends were like “what was that about??” and we were mortified."
